How to do crossfit sit ups

Instructions:

  1. Begin by sitting on the floor in an upright position with legs positioned in the butterfly format (knees bent, heels and soles of feet pressed together, hands clasping feet).
  2. Let go of feet and lean back until your shoulder blades briefly touch the ground and immediately draw yourself back up until you are able to clasp feet with hands again.

 

Alternatives:

 

Sit ups, Sit ups (CrossFit),  jackknives, Sitting balance. Leg raises, flutter kicks.
