  1. Lie face down on the floor with arms extended straight above head and legs extended straight.
  2. Simultaneously, raise arms, legs, and head several inches off of the floor and hold in this position for 2-4 seconds.
  3. Slowly lower your body, arms, legs, and head, back into the starting position.
  4. Rest and repeat.
