How to do Triceps Stretch

  1. Stand in an upright position.
  2. Raise right arm straight up towards the ceiling and bend at the elbow so that right hand rests gently near shoulder blades.
  3. Using your left hand, grasp the right elbow and press gently down, almost pulling the elbow towards your head. Hold this position for several seconds.
  4. Switch arms and repeat.
