Glutes, hamstrings. Quadriceps
- Stand facing a box or elevated surface (of appropriate height) with feet together.
- Step up by placing your left foot on the top of the bench.
- Extend through the hip and knee of your front leg in order to reach a standing position on the box.
- While standing on the box with your left leg, flex right knee and hip in order to bring your knee as high possible.
- Reverse the motion in order to step off of the box
