How to do standing quad stretch

Instructions:

  1. Start in a standing position.
  2. Bend the right knee until you are able to grab the right ankle with your right hand, behind your body. If need be, hold onto wall or stationary object with left hand for balance.
  3. Pull ankle/foot towards your butt. Hold for several seconds.
  4. Switch legs.
